Yes but there are limitations:

All liquids mentioned in your question are allowed inside the luggage that you check in.

If you want any of them to take on board with you then they must be in a container 3 oz or less and must all fit into a clear plastic 1- quart sized baggie. This baggie should be carried separately through security checks. One baggie per person
