if a guy doesnt stares at you, maybe he didnt know you, maybe he isnt interested withy ou or maybe he isnt attracted to you. there were so many ways that a guy wouldnt stares to any girl. but if the girl has the strong sex appeal, even the girl isnt beautiful, but has the strong attractions to opposite sex, surely the guy will stares at the girl. now if you are planning to call the guy attentions, try a little greetings of saying hello or hi. next thing tryto catch his time for a little conversation, in conversation you will surely attract his attentions, by staring straight to his eyes. good luck
