IF WE WERE EVOLVED FROM APES WHY ARE WE NOT STILL BEING EVOLVED BY THEM. GOD IS OUR CREATOR, CORRECT OR INCORRECT.

Evolution is a very slow process that takes millions of years. We would not see a noticeable difference within recorded history. The definition of God is the creator, so it would be impossible to disagree.

Did God not create Apes as well? I don't know that I believe in God, but I'm not so sure about the theory that we evolved from apes either. Evolution however IS a fact. Growing from the child you once were into an adult is a type of evolution. Viruses evolve as well. We all undergo some form of evolution at some point in time. So, to answer your question: No, I don't really think we came from apes, but not so sure about God either.

Speciation does not occur unless an environment becomes extremely hostile to the previous species. If the habitat change is extreme enough, a species may go extinct in that area or only the most adapted mutations will survive. With enough mutation, a new species (one that can't mate with the old one) will emerge.

Today's apes are related to humans but not linearly. We had a common, extinct ancestor. Until the environment changes enough that the current "models" can't survive, "mutants" will have no adaptive advantage over anyone else and will not appear as a distinct species. (If we don't get a hand on global warming, we may see something happen in the next century or two, if we survive at all.)

Did God create us? Maybe. If so, God created everything in the same way.

Who says we're not still evolving?

Evolution is the result of mutations that occur and then get passed on through generations until they become commonplace. Mutations are certainly provable: cancer is a mutation. Not a beneficial one, mind you.

And we didn't evolve from apes; it was a common ancestor. Also, evolution does not necessarily disprove the existence of God, so there's no need to get defensive over it.

Not again.

Evolution does NOT say that we evolved from apes. It says that we evolved from a common ancestor.

Go back to school and learn the facts about evolution, then come back here and we'll chat because your education is obviously lacking so badly it's almost frightening.

May want to read Darwin's book before jumping to conclusions. He never said we evolved from apes, just that we're related to them. DNA proves that. And we ARE still evolving. Each generation gets a little smarter and a little taller. It's not an overnight process, but it's still happening.

If we evolved from Apes, why is there still apes around? That's why God is the creator of all!!!!

Here we go again. The evolutionary process occurs as a result of environmental pressures. If no pressures exist in any given habitat to compel species e.g. apes to adapt then evolutionary change will be minimal. If an animal fills a niche in its habitat it won't evolve to any great degree unless there is an environmental change that causes it to do so. There now I've explained the facts the creationists can ignore them completely like they always do.

we are of the same line as apes ... we are not off apes
i believe in God but evolution cant be ignored either ...
we are still evolving as are many things around us
why wouldnt God use the earth to perfect his creation ?
why wouldnt he understand that due to the elements and climatic changes we need to evolve and change
its all very well believing in God ... but dont be ignorant to other facts xx
