Assuming you are not actually strung out, you need more sleep and maybe a generally healthier lifestyle.

I used to feel this way. Perhaps you just have too much on your plate and go to sleep each night with many things not completed therefore you wake up with to many things on the plate even before you start to move.

My cause was because no one in the family (husband, kids) did didly squat to help after I worked all day and came home and started to take care of them.

So i made op my mind to do what I can and no more, I quit setting lists each day of what I needed to get done and did what I could do and that is it, and dont be let down with yourself for things left undone

You are do everthing you can do and that is all you can do, and when you put that right in your mind you will sleep better and wake up more content

definitely get checked out for sleep apnea. What happens it that as your airway gets obstructed by loose tissue as you sleep. You brain responds to the lack of oxygen by waking up and gasping for air , Once the O2 requirement is met you go back to sleep and the cycle repeats itself. In the end you wind up sleep deprived.
It is axiomatic that physical causes should be eliminated before a mental disorder diagnosis can be made.

Hi Ativan. Maybe you have a spirit attached to your aura. It takes out all your energy while you sleep and that is why you feel that way when you wake up. You should take multivitamin right before you go to sleep
