Curious is the better term for your situation... Everybody has needs and sometimes you can't find somebody of the opposite sex to help you out. There are 2 options at this point... A) masturbate (either by hand or toy) or B) find soembody of the same sex who is willing.
I can't say that you're bisexual or not because the truth is, you may not be. I know guys who like to use toys on themselves who are striaght... they just like the anal feeling. Just like there are girls who don't care if it's a female going down on them,but htey won't return the favour.... I think everybody is curious about their sexuality at some point, the thing that determines what side of hte fence you play for is yourself...if you're willing to try something or not and if you like that experience and if you'd do it again. If you return the favour and really like it and want to do it again, then you may be bi... however, if you're a girl who will have a threesome wiht her boyfriend with another female for him and don't really want to and don't enjoy it then, no I wouldn't think you are.
You have to decide in your head and heart how you feel about everythign going on and don't let anybody influence your decision either way because only you know for a fact what's true.

Maybe you're just experimental and by exploring this, you'll get a better idea of what makes you happy. Be smart, use protection and then see what happens as you get older.
