most of them should have 1 except for your big ones..
bristol, dega, and whatnot.. daytona really isn't that exciting it's just the hype that gets it..
i hate having two in california.. two regular and one road course?? seriously.that's enough.. uhmm two in pocono really suck..
and they need to look at expanding into other areas. of course my vote is for MO, but there are some good tracks that if someone put money into (which if there was chance of nascar they prolly would) would be great for the sport.

The original tracks should have 2 each.All tracks before "the modern era about 1975 or so" 2 each.The new tracks 1 each.
Some tracks (north Wilksboro) though an early track only 1 race.As for the "western circut" 1/3 of the races(12) could be split with the 7 tracks there
(California 2 tracks,Phoenix,Texas,Kansas,Las Vegas,Chicago)

Bring back Rockingham and Darlington and get rid of the 2 races at California, Las Vegas and Pocono.

No other track in NASCAR should have another race, but Phoenix should only have one, and Rockingham needs to be reinstated with one race. Return NASCAR to the South before the foreigners take over!

No track deseves 2 races the nexetel cup scudule would be better with 36 races at 36 diffrent tracks than 36 at 23. I mean if you don't belive me look at Calfornia and Texas they use to sell out months in advance now they can't sell either of there dates

this is so easy.....THE ROCK!!!. BRING IT BACK. drop loudon all together, its a piece of **** track located in the middle of nowhere.
as far as one race at a track that currently has 2....easy answer is POCONO.
one track that needs more than a late in the year date is KANSAS

The others made very good arguments and suggestions. The only thing I would add is that ISC tracks have an unfair advantage (but that is obvious).

No reason to go to New Hampshire twice ....and Dover is a mystery to me as well ... I would love two races in Chicagoland ..... obviously b/c I live there and saw dale jr and jeffy boy win there .....
