My heart is taken by someone amazing:
The exact translation would be:
libi nilkach [was taken]/ nechtaf [was kidnapped] al yedey mishehu madhim (לבי נלקח על ידי מישהו מדהים).
But I think it sounds a bit weird in Hebrew, as the metaphor of "taken heart" is not very common, and we usually would say "bachur" [a guy], or "bachura" [a girl] instead of just "mishehu" [someone].
It is OK, but I'd say:
libi shayach le'mishehu [/le'bachur/ le'bachura] madhim [if it's a bachura: madhima] (לבי שייך למישהו מדהים)
Translated: my heart is belong to someone amazing.
