Guy and girl been friends for a few months. The guy likes girl and shown pretty strong hints but have never said it out in the open. The girl shows signs that no she is not interested but never makes it clear to the point. So how would this change their friendship/relationship?

Sounds like its only a friendship, not a relationship. Never pressure anyone into a relationship, cause they neevr work out. Friendship is something to value. If theres feelings later on in the future between the both of y'all, then pursue them.

if something is said by either one of them it will change the dynamics of the relationship. which means after that there could be no relationship/friendship.
are you all willing to risk it?
some things are just left better unsaid.

It might make it awkward if the guy continues to act as though he likes more than a friend. She will feel as though if she gives him attention, he might take it the wrong way.
Better to be out with it or get over it.
