i did my drug class's i did my community hours and i only 350 dollar's left to pay and i would have been done with my defered jail time and then i was arrested for a dui and was found innocent and my probation officer still violates me because he said i was drinking

You can be violated for the drinking whether your convicted of DUI or not. When you were given probation, you were probably given a booklet or set of papers that lays out specifically what you can and cannot do. Violate those and anything you did good up to that point can be mute and you can go to prison. It's really up to the judge once the charges are filed. Most judges don't look too keenly on someone who violates probation. Not very bright on your part to do this while on probation. You need to understand that when your on probation and they tell you to jump, you ask how high on the way up! Your in the big leagues now, and they don't have a lot of sympathy for someone who has been given a chance and then is stupid again. It's time to get a decent lawyer and have him plead to the judge.

(file and renovacation ) is issued once your found not guilty there is no violation! there in violation of your right i am not sure which number right but there is a right that was violated it is in your rights and responibilities ask your po to see them file a greivence ok
