Why hasn't he returned my call or answered?

Question

I met this guy through mutal friends about a month ago. He called me the day after we met... and has called or answered my calls since. A week ago he went to my hometown with me to hang out with some of the mutal friends that we had been with the night we met. While we were out that night he was into taking pictures with me and my friends, and kept finding ways to touch me. Throughout the following week he would call me on breaks from work. He called this past saturday and we talked for awhile. He told me to call him later when I got back into town. So I called him about 4 or 5 hours later and he asked if he could call me back in 20 min. It's been almost 3 days and I have yet to hear from him, and when I tried calling the next day he didn't answer? Is he clearly not interested? And why would he just not answer or call back after calling me so often prior to this?

unless something happended mayb he heard a rumor
i would call one more time n leave a message just askin him to call you
dont sound really madd or emotional cuz he probably wont want to deal with that..cuz really who does? but if he doesnt call you after that stop dont chase him if he isnt calling you back.

Hey keep your cool stop calling him and think for a min he could be Bessy or sick or maybe he just needs sometime just keep you head up and feet on the ground hop thing work out for you and if not im sure some one is interested in you its a big world
