You will if that's all you eat for the rest of your life. If you plan on eating different things in the future you'll blow up like a balloon. When you finally eat a steak your body will hoard it and send it to your bum or legs to store it in case you ever try this chicken and water thing again. The best thing you can do to lose weight is just eat smaller portions than you usually do. Try and eat 5 small meals a day. It ups your metabolism and you'll never feel hunger.

Depends on how much of it you eat. But if that is all you consume you will get really bored with it really fast. And you will also quickly become deficient in vitamins and nutrients that you body needs to function properly. Then your organs will stop working correctly and you will wind up getting sick instead of skinny.
Here is a better idea. Go with the water thing and add a reasonable amount of vegetables and fruit to your chicken. Just keep the portions down to a normal level and combine that reasonable diet with a reasonable amount of exercise on a Regular basis. 30 minutes a day should do it. You can just spend that much less time on the computer or in front of the TV and you will have it made.

Yes, but you will also suffer a number of ill effects from lack of full nutrition. If those are only the MAIN things you eat, like, along with wheat breads (which are better for weight loss and healthier than white bread), fruits and veggies, and dairy (reduced fat / no fat milk would be best for what seem to be your aims). A well rounded diet is key to weight loss, everything in moderation. You would be surprised how hard it is to truly follow that, and how people think they are when they are actually veering off course. Good luck. I love chicken, too.

Yes, as long as it is white meat. You might want to add some fruit, vegtables and whole grains to that. That will give you the energy to work out, which you should do. Being toned is much more attractive and healthy than just being skinny.

If you want to start a diet plan, see your doctor. Chicken and water do not have all of the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that you need to remain healthy.
See your doctor before you start any new diet to lose weight.

You won't get enough nutrition doing this. Add some vegetables in there for fiber and vitamins, at least. Eating only one thing is a really bad idea.

I 'd say what kind of chicken are you eating?..is it organic or one that is fed hormones?..as excess oestrogen can make you put on weight.I find my boobs get biger when i eat too much chicken.and I also feel bloated..
mayeb try veges and fruits and wate..with some lean proteins..Tuna?

I'm not sure but it depends..you should eat fruit and veg to boost your immune system. People have different body frames..I could never be skinny because i'm way too big boned!

yeah.... you may start to lose your hair and your teeth may crack. no jokes. your body needs what it needs and chicken and water is not enough. Exercising and eating lean and clean will keep you thin. no guy likes anorexic girls. it's other girls we try to emulate... this new skinny craze... we have done to ourselves... i own a gym and i have not met one guy who doesn't love the fit and healthy girl.

woah!!!! jsut wait one second....you deffinetly need fruits and veggies and carbs to stay healthy.... if you do that you will lok anorexic(uggghhhh) and look kinda dead... no bright skin color or hair... youlll really look just dead.....i know that i dont want ot be around people like that... if you want to stay healthy try excer ising, eating frutis and veggies, and everything else that is on the pyramid...hope you dont try what you were thinking!!! but do drink plenty of watyer... it helps your matabolism and makes you feel fuller
