Is this enough or too much to eat, if I am on a diet?

Assuming you are fully grown and not trying to gain muscle you should eat 15 times number of calories your target body weight. Like if your target body weight is 130 lbs. you should eat 1950 calories each day. Make sure you get enough protein within your daily calorie allowance.

That's ALL you ate? You didn't eat nearly enough. You won't lose any weight like that because your body will shut down--you are starving it. Yogurt and fruit for breakfast, tuna wrap is fine for lunch and then you need a dinner of lean protein and lots of veggies. No carbs after 5pm. The weight will start coming off.

You are eating way too little. Hunny where's the breakfast and dinner? In research actually shows that if u skip breakfast your body goes into starvation mode and the first thing u eat goes straight to fat. I'm on a diet i eat cereal or porridge for breakfast then throughout the day i eat fruit and then i eat dinner. Also remember you have to ex cerise! try doing 20-30 Min's of excerise 3 times a week! Good luck:)

If that's all you ate in one day, then that's not enough. You need to make sure you get all of your nutrients even though you're trying to lose weight. Good luck with your diet, though.

that's nowhere near enough to eat in one day. you won't lose weight by eating like that because your rate of metabolism will slow down because your body thinks its starving and starts to retain calories by burning them at a slower rate. you need to eat more to be healthy, just make it healthy food that you eat and you'll be fine.

This is not enough. You should not eat less than 1000 calories a day unless a doctor is working with you.

That's not enough. Even if you are on a diet. You still need to give your body the vitamines, minerals, nutrients it needs even when you are on a diet.
