Hieght: 5ft 4.5inches
Weight: 112lbs
fat %: 23%
Age: 16(ill be 17 in march)
Excersize: 30minutes- 1hour of lifting weights a day.

An EXAMPLE of what I might eat in a day...
Breakfast- Water, Cereal(wheaties), Fruit or Yogert
Snack- Fruit,water, 100 cal teddy gram pack
Lunch- 1 wheat health smart ham sandwhich, chocolate milk(ovaltine), corn on the cob, water
Snack- Fruit, 1 whole grain creme granola bar, water
Dinner- 1 hamburger(wheat), greenbeans,chocolate milk(ovaltine), water
Snack- water, Hot chocolate(swiss miss), yogert or fruit.

On weekdays I don't have a snack inbetween breafast and lunch because at school i'm only aloud to eat during lunch.

My parents:
Dad: 5ft 8inches tall 230lbs ( 31% body fat)
Mom: 5ft 4inches tall 200lbs (35% body fat)


**Granola creme bar has 15 essential vitamines and minerals**

Water amount daily: at least 6 bottles of AQUAFINA (2.5 servings per bottle.)

Just because your parents are overweight, it doesn't mean you will be. Your body fat percentage is fine, although looking at it, I'm thinking it is probably less than 23% if you work out everyday and your BMI is quite low. It is probably closer to 18%-20%, but anyway, you are healthy and that is all that matters. Stop worrying about the future and just continue to keep a healthy lifestyle, but don't let obsession take over. Take care : )

Don't worry so much about it. If anything you need more veggies but I doubt you will get fat if you keep your excersize and eating habits up ok? Just take a deep breathe and relax. Also, it's ok to have a nice lushious slice of chocolate oreo cake once in awhile.

JUST because your parents are overweight does not mean you will be! Don't worry! It seems like you are taking great care of yourself...And if you're adding on to that with exersice, I wouldn't worry about it. Even though odds are against you, just make sure you take extra mesures to protect yourself.
