I was bad 1996-2003. That was the worst time. I do not have seasonal affective disorder, it seems you may suffer from this.

Yes, it's called being human. You are normal.

Try putting all the lights on in the house, even during the day. Get outside, the fresh air invigorates you and will help fight the depression.

I know some of my friends will go to tanning salons as part of 'light thereapy' in the winter. Their doctor's actually prescribed it! I rather deal with some meloncholy days than damage my skin with tanning beds...I think wrinkles would depress me...I'm so glad I don't have those yet, even though I'm 32!

I can identify. TOO depressed to do anything about it or to care! The best thing I know is to move your body. Just do anything at all. Go to the mall to walk. Pop in a exercise video. Or just march in place. Get a little trampoline...anything to get the endorphines going!!! Google the idea of endorphines and how it helps with depression. Good luck to you!!!

It's due to the lack of daylight.

Use a daylight lamp, it works wonders in the winter time. Just sit in front of it for a couple hours a day, reading, watching TV or whatever. You will see a difference.

It is normal. Wouldn't life be boring if it was always the same?
