No, but it helps. Media Player 10 lets you RIP CD's automatically.

You don't need any media player to download CDs. You do need one to play the CDs back, which I assume is the point of downloading them in the first place. As for a which media player, I use Media Player Classic for video CDs. It's freeware/shareware so don't pay any money for it (some disreputable people will try and charge you!) and will play almost any video (or audio) CD/DVD you care to name. It makes Windows Media Player 10 look like a pile of poo. For audio files I prefer WinAmp, another freebie. Media player 10, Real Player, Quick Time and the like are so awful, bug-ridden and intrusive it's worth ripping as much of them out of your registry as you can before installing them (I wouldn't try to remove WMP as Windows will continually complain). Then make Media Player Classic and/or WinAmp the default player for the files you want to use them for.

i imagine of i tunes is the purely software that would want to understand Ipods suited. in an attempt to get the songs from limewire to ur shuffle initially you're able to receive i tunes from the apple website. next open up the folder the position you keep your songs, thirdly launch itunes, drag the songs to the library of itunes. Then connect your shuffle, itunes will understand it then all that you're able to do is press sync (if it does no longer sync at modern-day)

You should. Go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, and if you have it, it should be there.
