That I get cold sores or should i just hold my tounge?

You should tell him. Almost 80% of the adult population in US has herpies on their mouth. Sometimes, very rarely, you can transmit herpies from your mouth to genitals and then your partner could have a horrible herpies outbreak on their genitals. That is why you shouldn't be putting your mouth anywhere there while you have a cold sore. By the way, it's also possible to transmit herpies without have a sore but far less likely that that would happen from mouth to genitals.

yes. Tell him. Hiding this info will only get him piss in the future. Cold sore are a symptom of herpes virus, but it it doesn't necessarily mean you have it. Check w/ ur doctor about your health. Check if you have any stds.

yes you should. something small like that shouldnt keep the guy from not liking you. everyone has their bad days and good days. everyone has something wrong with them sometimes. i think you should tell him. better to be honest now than to have it happen and for him to get grossed out and make you feel uncomfortable.
