With the proper play mate your current dog will be happier and therefore make you life more bearable. Also with the proper mate your dog will have better behavior and bark less when outside. Dogs bark a lot out of lonliness - they are destructive out of lonliness. So a second dog, providing it is a proper dog for the one you already have, is a positive idea.

Aww! destructive element- the pup and your dad. attempt and get your dad fairly in touch including your dogs and tutor him how candy and exquisite doggies are. All canines wee interior the residing house and that as quickly as they are new- your dad is watching for a miracle! tell him that, and upload in that the pup is clever and could study. attempt and make the pup's existence greater comfortable besides- if the injuries are terror-wees then some thing has to alter. yet make your dad sense that the dogs is a sturdy addition to the kinfolk- consistent with danger get him to get entangled with the residing house-coaching, that way his residing house would be a wee-unfastened zone swifter! If he had a bad journey with a dogs as a baby, he's probably a) a sprint afraid or b) he purely would not like canines. If a), tutor him that the pup is innocuous. If b), tutor him that doggies are purely super-as-existence bundles of relaxing! provide him an fairly reasoned argument and get him in touch with the residing house-coaching- the two will help :) stable luck! :)

first, try proving to him how responsible you can be. help out even more with your other dog, and show him that you can handle another dog. if the dog you already have is a big dog, then remind him that a small dog is less work, that if you can take care of a big dog a toy is no problem. may i recomend a Toy fox terrier, they make wonderful pets! good luck with the new dog

first of all you need to prove you r responsible. and if he gives in to that look at some dogs together. also try a little bit of reading on the dog you want make sure you r doing the right research for your lifestyle. just make sure that your dad sees that you are a very responsible person and that you deserve the puppy

Give him the puppy dawg eyes! And pick up your other dog (if he's small enough) and wave him in front of your dad, saying how lonely he is.. Show him the money, and keep talking about how well you've been taking care of your first dog.

you said second dog, so I figured you already have a dog. Are you currently taking care if it? If not then start, that way you'll show your dad that your responsible to take care your pets. Then try asking him for another one.

what is your first dog? It depends on if the first dog gets along with it if it is bigger then your second dog it could hurt the second dog.

Show your dad how well you take care of the first dog and then maybe he will help you out.

Well the way i convinced my parents to get my dog is that like you i had the money and had a plan of earning that money back by breeding him with my female! Maybe if you got a male if your first dog is a female or vice versa and told him you can breed them he'll cave! GOOOOOOOD LUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!!!!!
