Say you have a crush on a direct superior, say a teacher or boss... They are your age, you have loads in common, and if you had met somewhere other than school or work, you would totally fall for them. But that relationship was going to end soon, class was coming to an end, or you were transferring to another department, is it OK to then pursue your feelings, or do they remain off limits forever?

it all depends on how the other person wants to handle it...give the option and see where it goes from there

Most places if you do not work with each other and have no direct influence on each others schooling and or job wise then there should be no issue. It is shunned upon for one reason alone. Because if by chance you are dating a person who has an affect and or can have an affect and influence on your position in any way shape or form, no matter if you truly earned a promotion and or good deal, due to precept ion of favoritism it is not allowed. However, once again if there is no impact on you and you on that individual go for it. Why not.

i think waiting until you transfer or the classes ending. Therefore its, not so awkward, and also its not like a student-teacher thing.... because if other students find out..... Here's the main question you will here: "So you are getting an A? ..... let me guess....you are sleeping with the teacher...." Not what i would say....but others would. So my answer is, that person is not off limits, but wait and see how far you are progressing.

As long as they are around your age group and it does not interfere with your work it does not matter. You should pursue your feelings and give it a shot over the holiday season. But remember that Santa is watching so do not be a naughty child like those people on Wisteria Lane.

Nope- but I chose not to be with her. Which was a torture, but I knew I was completely different then her, and her personality was entirley different.
