I find that men get horny with the slightest hint of sex. Well, individuals do range in their response. From your description, I assume the men you are macking are teenagers or young twenty-somethings. They seem to be completely inexperienced and lacking in consideration. In your case, it seems you need to educate them about your needs, and that your needs come before theirs. This is not a feminist statement just a strategic one. You can still please and be pleased after you get yours, while men are completely out of the order after they get theirs (until they recover and recovery gets longer the older they get).
Anyway, the general male response is probably a hard-wired physiological response, i.e. need to procreate and evolution or "go forth and mulitply", etc etc.
