My brother called me fatso, and I got really offended by this, am I fat?
I am 82 pounds, 5'2 and I am 14 years old.

Your brother is just being mean. You are UNDERWEIGHT. You need to gain some weight!! Right now you are VERY unhealthily thin!

Ignore /anyone/ who says you're anything but you.
"Fat", "Skinny", it doesn't matter so long as you are true to yourself on the inside.
Though, to be honest, it sounds to me like you are underweight, considering your height.
To find out more about your ideal weight, check with your doctor. The only people who can decide what weight you are ideal at are you and your doctor. No one else.
I am 5'4", and 220 pounds - I'm well aware I'm overweight. However, if people are too shallow to look past weight and can't pick up on my personality, they don't deserve my attention, my thoughts, or the time it takes to roll my eyes. My doctor says I'm in perfect health, and losing weight would help that - so I'm losing weight, but not by fasting, stupid diets or otherwise. Slow and sure, using my own discretion and his. Done.
Don't let anyone else tell you what you are. If your brother is doing it to be affectionate (my sister calls me "Pinhead" - it offended me at first, but I found out it was an affectionate term), that's one thing - but if he's being cruel, just ignore him. Don't give him the satisfaction of knowing he's getting to you - and then don't let him get to you.
Just keep being you.

omg there is no way you can think your fat in my opinion you a little under weigh but your definitely not fat your brothers the fatso and tell him that don't turn to an eating disorder to prove your bro wrong your just fine the way you are

that is definately NOT fat. fat would be if you were over 150 for your age, 84 pounds is tiny. How old is your brother? cuz he might just be an immature little boy and just wants to bug you. every time he says that or anything to make you feel bad just tell him that you will tell his friends that he likes boys and has pictures of them in his room. that will shut him up.

No way, I think the last time i weighed 82 lbs I was in 4th grade. but I have a brother too, and believe me they will say anything knowing it is going to make you mad.

No! You're EXTREMELY light for 14. My little sister's 10 and she weighs 90 pounds.

You sound a bit underweight to me. No way can you be fat. Your brother may be being sarcastic. You know how they call bald guys curly and tall guys shorty.

Those aren't the fingernails of a 14 year old..... They look hookerish but you're not fat.

This seems to be your favorite question to ask and also that you think you may be anorexic. Weird..... You have a problem. More so a mental problem than a weight problem though. You need help because you are desperate for attention.

i weigh two pounds more than you and everyone calls me a stick..and im shorter than you..and the same age.
so you are deffinitely not fat!!

don't listen to your brother. you sound very skinny. when you grow up your brother might feel like a dweeb for saying such mean things to you. always look for the positive.
