I want to build a hovercraft for my science fair project but i dont know i can phrase a question to make it like a project. Could someone give me some help?

well i have until january 2nd to build it and it is for my physics class, and the design will look like the one here http://www.xinventions.com/main/hovercrafts/second.htm. Also i have the money to build it so money isnt a problem. If anyone has a better website or lpans that would be moer helpful.

FIRST OF ALL MR.MIT YOU NEED TO GO TO A SEARCH ENGINE AND TYPE IN ..WHAT DO I NEED TO BUILD A HOVERCRAFT. IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE PARTS THEY WILL SHOW YOU HOW. TO MAKE AS IF IT WHERE A PROJECT....TRY...HOW TO BUILD A HOVERCRAFT AS A SCHOOL PROJECT......OR.... TO HOVERCRAFT OR NOT TO HOVERCRAFT THAT IS THE QUESTION?
