There are quite a few free sites that I know of
try :2busy2date.com - 100% free - you can email and be contacted for free also pictures processed manually.
If you just looking for USA or Canada check americaondate.com
Plentyoffish is a big fish but I did not like the look and feel of - I would say it just plain vanilla plus images look so grossly compressed but it's free too.
Make sure that sites do not have too many Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian, African (Nigeria,Ghana) and Pilipino girls - if you see a lot of those it's usually a good indication of site being crawled with scammers.

No i don't, but I will remind you that you get what you pay for...
so even if there was a free dating site... which i doubt because of the costs involved to running such a thing... it probably wouldn't offer you a quality experience.
Yahoo offers a service that is "free" but you don't get any of the good services without paying for them.

go to passion.com you can get a free account then go to chat rooms in your area once your profile is approved and meet some interesting people. Some just wanna get laid, others are looking for love, others are just fat or ugly and have nothing to loose!
