I walk 3-5 miles a day and walk quickly. I also use weights. The benefits are that I feel really good, I have lots of energy, and I'm more toned up than I've been in awhile.

I used to. I exercised 5-6 days a week. Initially it was to lose weight, which I did, then it was for maintenance. I found that I was not tired as much, I slept better, and I felt good in general. I did not seem to get sick as often either. I have not exercised regularly for the past year and gained back all of the weight I lost. I need to get back to the gym.. just been too busy being my senior year of college!

I try to. I just got me a treadmill and I try to walk on it at least 5 times a week. It makes me feel a lot better and I know I'm doing something good for the ole pump. LOL
