It's hard to admit at this point, but I weigh 430 pounds. Today I started another weight loss plan, since my others haven't been successful. This morning I had a grapefruit and unsweetened tea for breakfast. For lunch I had a salad (no dressing) of carrots, spinach, tomatoes, and cucumbers, a grilled chicken breast, a banana, and water. Now that it's afternoon, I'm starting to feel hungry again. Does anyone know of any snacks I could eat that would be healthy, and maybe even filling? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
