I have kittens that are one week old and I play with them a lot and people say that if you do thier eyes pop out.

they are too young to be played with as they are too young.. give them 3 more weeks till you play with them'as they are to young and can get sick easy'aas they can;t fight deases yet. till there eyes open;they do look alittle big.but will grow into there body's.

I don't think that is neccesarily true. However, I've heard that you're not supposed to really handle kittens until either 2-3 weeks old. As long as you're being gentle with them, I highly doubt their eyes will pop out.

I wouldn't worry about their eyes popping out - unless you squeeze REALLY REALLY hard!
But think about this: They are still babies. They need a lot of rest, just like little human babies.
If you can be patient for another 2 weeks, you'll be able to play with them a lot better and they'll be a lot healthier for it.

Strange way to HOLD them if their eyes pop out.
If you hold them on the flat palm of your hand (making sure they don’t fall down), there is no problem whatsoever.
However, don’t forget that they also like privacy.
Cuddle them a while, but leave them alone again in time.
It’s a great time for you to watch them grow. Enjoy them!

As long as you're not squeezing them. They may not be getting enough nurishment. If they look underweight I would recommand going to the vet or calling them.

no their eyes will not bulge out! But you should not be playing to much with them for mama will not take good care of them, you can handle them but you shouldnt alot till they are older!

They shouldn't, maybe your squeezing them to hard!
