Is this a serious question? If you are having problems with your mother than you need to write down your concerns and have a serious IE: adult conversation with your mother.
What I mean by adult is don't cloud the issue with her appearance and her personal hygene problems.
As for her hitting you, this is a difficult question, but if you and your mother come to blows over things that can be worked out then you should talk to her as to how to avoid those situations.
If however she flys off the handle all the time and nothing and is BEATING you (there is a difference between hitting and beating) then you need to talk to your father or seek help from another adult.
