I don't think only drinking only too much hot chocolate could cause them to have a heart attack, but it could easily help along the process. The fat content and the caffeine in the chocolate are not good for your heart.

It may happen more often than most of us realize. A person who's very sensitive to caffeine could indeed overdose on it - chocolate has lots of caffeine in it - and one of the undesired effects is a highly irregular heartbeat that can go on into fibrillation. That's often fatal. I speak from experience; I'm just that sensitive to caffeine. Pity - as a younger man I loved me coffee and me chocolate..couldn't get enough!

I have never heard of that. Also, chocolate, and especially dark chocolate has over a thousand compounds and many are being found to be highly beneficial to your health. But then again, too much of anything can killya.
