Yes it has been linked to cancer. But only the CRT models because they emit electromagnetic energy, the LCD displays like those on a laptop are harmless.

Yes. Have you ever noticed a blinding headache from being too long online? The danger is pretty minimal, even to us puter addicts, and can be lessened by using screens if it bothers you that much.

No.
If it's a CRT, the "radiation" is low-level phosphorescence, not dangerous in any way.
If it's an LCD, there is no "radiation" other than light.
