sure, there are many slangs to it, I will put you some, none of them are bad words:
*grifo
*motorolo
*drogado
*elevado
*se dió un "vuelo" (this one is more or less like high)

there are lots of choices; like all slang, these will change and be replaced in time.
to be stoned is ; PASADO,PACHECO,HASTA ATRÃS,PASTEL,HASTA LA MADRE, HASTA LAS CHANCLAS. some of these also apply to booze.

high = alto (volando alto = flying high)
