For how are you, you can say either Como esta usted? or Que tal? which is kind of like what's up?
I'm no exactly sure how to spell it, but shut up is cayete or Ka- yeh- tay.

No me gusta is I don't like.
Mucho gusto is the formal pleased to meet you. Follow it with Senior, seniora, seniorita as the case may be.
