Being winter time, my crotch doesn't sweat as much as it used to hence, I don't have your typical "sweaty balls" syndrome. I hate this because it makes the skin around my balls more flaky when I scratch them. There is nothing quite like the feeling of a moist crotch in the winter time, at least that is what my mom told me. She prefers my crotch to be moist as well. Any suggestions?

The answer is CONSTANT MASTURBATION. Get the spunk all over those fellas and they'll be fine. When they do dry out, give them a little spit and play with them for a while.
Have you considered pissing on them too?
I don't think it's hopeless, just try a few different things. Your balls will be nice and moist before you know it.
Tell your mom, if she can work up a nice lather first and rub it on your balls. You both might benefit from this.

Just go and bang some dishrag-whore, and do not wash up afterwards. A nice crust will form around your balls which will seal in moisture!!! Problem solved!!

have your mom fry up some french fries and when shes done ask her to save the grease, wait about 10 minutes for it to cool and dab a little of the grease on your testicles, this should moisten them puppies up and your mom will love them

Your a pig who whant to know about your balls,you giving to much information anyways its normal that if your not over weight thats why they sweat Iam telling you because my husband tells me this thigs , no he is not over weight use too

I use VO5 shampoo or conditionter on it and wash ever dad when I am in the shower, looks nice and shiny lol
