I have two male dogs. The smaller dog humps the bigger one every chance he gets, sometimes to the point of ejaculation at which time he yelps from what I think is an orgasm! Also when they go out to pee, the small dog licks the bigger dog's pee midstream as well as lick and nibble at his pecker. Why does he do these things? It is disgusting.

Your dogs are trying to establish their pecking order. Dogs are a pack animal. You should try to establish their pecking order. When you come in you should greet your dogs by what pecking order you see them in. Which ever dog that you view as the more dominant one should be the one that you greet first. When feeding feed the dog that you view as dominant first. Little things like this will help establish who the dominant dog is. Having them neutered may also help.

All the stuff you interpret as sexual is probably the little dog trying to establish dominance. I would get them both neutered, it might curb that behavior some. My mutt used to go around humping everything until we had her spayed.

If the dogs aren't neutered you may want to consider it. If there are elements of sexual behavior, this should reduce it. However, your dog's behavior probably isn't about sex, it's about proving who's boss. "Humping" is a way of telling another dog "I'm in charge." Dogs don't think they way we do and you can't expect them to: all the "disgusting" things they do have a purpose in their world!

Get a female dog and see if he will do it to her.
Also your dog might want a female around.
if he does it to her you should consider getting a female dog.
