como estas = How are you?
Tienes algún mensajero = Do you have any messenger.

its' like...some kinda slang, so take this with a grain of salt:
''hey, what's up, girl? how are you? do you have a messenger?''

this one's the part i'm not too sure about. i'd guess the person is asking wehre you're from.
i'm pretty sure about the stuff that's in quotes, though :-D
