YES!Have you read the parable of the one eye turtle?
Buddha compared the chances of being born in the human realm with that of a one eye turtle that surfaced to the surface of the ocean every one thousand years and the chances of that turtle's head going through hole of a ring that was thrown into the ocean.
So you can see how rare is the chance to be born in the human realm.
