I'm not religious, I don't believe in gohsts or hauntings or anything, I do believe in God, but I don't think God is a part of everyday life. However, last night I had a dream where my friend, two months deceased, where I sat down next to him and talked to him. It was very casual, and we didn't talk long, I asked him what happened, and if he's seen whats been going on down and earth, and he answered both questions enough to make me believe he might have visited in a dream. Thought of if this is a religious visitation or just my imagination would be appreciated.

I should also add, the dream was not very long, and I only asked him two questions, and they were kind of simple, I asked how he died, and he said heart failure, which is probably right, and I asked if hes seen what life has been like down here and how much support hes gotten and he said yes. I've been talking to my friends about it and its all stumped them. Thanks for your answers so far :).

i am told as a spiritualist that we can wander during sleep , it is only our body that rests
during this time we do meet with those who have passed over

It's funny that you asked this question. Last night I had a dream that my deceased fiance' of six months came to visit me in my dream last night. I remeber that he looked so happy and we talked for a long time mostly aout nothing, but I don't remember asking him about life on the other side. I'm usually not a morning person and almost always wake up grumpy, but this morning, I was so happy and full of life, so yes, I do belive loved ones visit in dreams and I really hope that he visits again. Peace Lol.

I do beleive that is possible.Iv had a dream after my brother perished suddenly. In the dream,,he didnt know he was gone & I had to tell him,,we stepped outside to talk & we hugged,,and in my dream while holding on to him,,we flew over green sunny pastures that were beatiful,,trying to find a spot to talk.We talked in the dream but I cant remember what was said.It seemed sooo real.I think there is a connection some how that we dont understand. That was 5 years ago. When my dad perished in 1981,,I had a simular dream that we were sitting in chairs facing each other talking but cannot remember the conversation.I was 21 at the time.

What you speak of is part of another faith. Beware the wrath of Christians Catholics and other pagans.
The faith that follows the dream realm and the spiritual visitation of the ancestors and guardians is very interesting.
You can safely believe that he did visit and he may visit again. Our dreams are our Spiritual time. That is where our spirits connect to those that we love or our guardians.
There are those that will think me a nut. But then that's just fine.
Try to find the Tianic texts or someone who follows the Damon Tianice. They can help you with the Dream realm and lead you to a far better understanding of yourself. They don't teach a religion. They help you find Inner faith and Inner peace.

Many people worship knowledge/science today. Since what you describe cannot be scientifically proven, those people would say impossible. But of course it is possible. Try this, it is called interrupted sleep technique. Buy a second alarm clock and set it for the dead of night, say 3 am. When it goes off, turn it off. Then try to begin to fall asleep, but pull yourself back awake. Ideally you should feel yourself 'falling' lower into the mattress, then 'pull' yourself back awake. Relax, don't be afraid. Continue almost falling to sleep and pulling yourself awake. You should really feel the sensation of down, then up. With practice you will find that when you pull yourself up from near sleep, you can continue upward and actually leave your body! Don't be afraid. All you need do is think 'my body' and you will return to your body. Once out of your body (really, I am not kidding), you can go anywhere and visit anyone, living or passed on. You will realize there is a soul, else how can you leave your body? Try it.

God is a part of everyday life for the born of God Christian.

People can't visit your dreams unless person is in heaven with the Lord.

So if the spirit in your dream didn't give you a message in the Lord Jesus Christ, then the spirit would be a lieing spirit, not from God and not the person. Jesus is the intermediary.

Godly Angels can visit if directing you to God.

I could discern it better if you write the message from the spirit.

All things are possible. Your perceptions are very limited. I have had two near death experiences. There is a lot you could learn if you are willing. there are ghosts , God is in evrything and everyone all the time. If fact God is everything. There is nothing about you that is not God. Enough for now. Peace bro.

Oh yes, the deceased visit us in our dreams. What you had was a visitation and wasn't it wonderful! I have experienced it as well. The first time my friend visited me she brought my mother with her to see me.

I do believe in God and I do believe that our loved ones visit us in dreams - as a part of closure to their earthly lives.
