i am trying to come up with some very unique ideas for a christmas present for my boyfriend. we've been going out a couple of months. he is 21 but does not drink at all. he says he has no idea what he wants. it has to be something appropriate for family to see (so nothing sexual please). any ideas would be appreciated.

I like to give experiential gifts early in a relationship, because you're building memories together... Something like tickets to something he'd enjoy (anything from the theater to sporting events, a concert, or kayaking). If you do a gift card, I'd do it to a store he frequents, and put it in something more personal (a box of chocolates, a personalized mug with some candy or hot chocolate mix + marshmellows. Or just spend more time on the card.

A couple of months of dating means a wallet, that way you can see how much he appreciates what he get's from you.Every time you two go on a date, he'll be pulling it out to pay, now that's living......

the unique gift and match to your bf taste is, scan your bf picture, put it in the middle of the paper, around it is a beautiful love note, the note stating from the first time you met and upto to the present, put a date (be sure you print it in a nice paper, like a paper use in cards). it will be more meanigfull if you choose his favorate color (paper) then put it in a nice frame.,put your signature at the end of your love notes. good luck

Get him a Cross pendant. This is inexpensive (unless you go for the high end pieces). This way, he gets to wear it, reminds him of your love, care and concern and his household members get to see it. Merry Christmas!
