you can look in your baby book and see how tall you were when you were 4 and double that height. That will give you your height range. The weight traning and other aspects have nothing to do with it. However it is healthy for you in many senses so keep it up! As far as your period goes if you haven't started within a few months you really should go to your dr. That is a little late but then again heredity has a lot to do with it. If you have similar structure to your mothers side of the family than that could give you a good guess. You will continue to grow for a few more years so you are not done yet. Also there are test that your dr. can do to help you get a good range. My bet would be to double your height from 4 yrs. and to go talk to your dr. 5'4 is supposidly the average height for U.S. females. Make sure you take your vitamin suppliments and your calcium/vit d and get plenty of sunshine. Look it up on the web Vitamin d and calcium. Interesting facts that not a lot of people know.

You might get about an inch to 3 inches taller.... I am 19, 5'6" tall, and have the same size feet you do. My dad is 6'0" tall, and my mom is 5'0" tall, my brother is 5'8" give or take an inch or two and he's 15.

You can go to the doctor and get your hands x-rayed, the bones in your hands tell you when your done growing, the doctor will know all the facts on this, but if you have a lot of smaller bones in your hands you have more growing to do, if less bigger bones in your hands then you are pretty much done growing.

You'll probaly be 5ft 7 inches because I don't think you'll surpass your dad and your already taller than your mom but anything can happen (cuz your brother is 6 ft.). =] And since you still haven't started your period your probaly still growing.
