no i personally hate eat the skin of a Salmon fillet

No. The skin is where all the fat and calories are. It would be a shame to take something as healthy as salmon (high in Omega 3 oils), and ruin it by eating the unhealthy part.

ONLY ON YOUNG GIRLS
WHEN THEY ARE PAST 15 THERE SKIN GETS TO TOUGH TO CHEW
BUT FOR THE MEAT ANYTHING UP TO 35 IS OK

Nope - I just find it distasteful. But then, I'll eat the crispy skin on a throughly-roasted turkey, which due to the high fat content is kinda gross - but ooh, it's so darn good!

you can eat the skin on any fish as far as I know, personally I dont like it but it is edible.

Yes you can if you like. Some people "Crisp" the skin . I hate the skin!!!!
