A sancha is your second lady....your number two.
So basically that means you are his number one girl! Probably his one and only girl friend too!
Good for you

It is the feminine form of Sancho and it is a name.
There was even once a Portuguese infanta, second daughter of King Sancho I of Portugal and Dulce Berenguer.
I don´t know but it seems your friend wanted to be nusty as it also means:
A sancha is your second lady. Not your wife, or your girlfriend, but your number two. If something were to happen to your wife or girlfriend (i.e. freak accident) your sancha would be there to wipe away your tears.

Sancha is pretty much the girl you're cheating with
"the other girl", if you have a girlfriend, wife, significant other, your sancha would just come over to fool around, but nothing serious. same thing for sancho (the male equivalent)

Actually, "santa" means holy. Sancha is the feminine form of Sancho, which translates to Alexander. So Sancha would be Alexandra. I will defer to others on the "second lady" meaning.

Ensu poema Exilio y Libertad, Ramon Emeterio Betances se refiere a "bocas non-sanchas", Parece que el se referia a bocas mal habladoras, no santas, , personas de reputacion dudosa
