If you don't want to exercise, you'll have to decrease your calories ALOT, in order to lose that much weight quickly. 1200 cals daily is the lowest you should go, as any lower may have a negative, slowing affect on your wieght loss. You'll basically be hungry all the time for the first few weeks, but since you don't want to exercise, there will be no room for cheating. If you use diet or caffeine pills, you may speed up your metabolism (and possibly damage your heart in the process) but it will work fairly quickly. Just know that you will, without a doubt, gain the weight back once you start eating even a little bit more or stop using the pills. The fastest, easiest way, even if you don't want to hear it, is to exercise twice a day for 30 mins or more(not including warm-up/cool-down) 5-6 days a week. Even if you don't change your eating much, you will still lose weight fairly noticably.

i really dont think that there is any "quick and easy" way to lose alot of weight.... some ways are a little easier then others though... i know that my sister went on weight watchers and lost 40 ounds in like 3-5 months... imnot posistive how long it was but she also ran....you dont have to do something like this though...you just have to eat healthier and excercise... it will take you a while but it will happen....some tips that i have picked up over the years is to drink lots of water before a meal...it makes you feel fuller and it also speeds up your matabalism...also try eating slowly and regognizing when youa are full... wait like 5-10 seconds in between each bite...lastly, make sure that you know when you are truly hungry... if your not hungry than you wont needa snack.... this doenst mean to not eat when you are truly hungry just eat until your nto hungry anymore.... dont wait until you are full.... i hope that this helps you

Well there is no easy way to loose weight.But you can excersise and watch what you eat..Also, when you are in the shower right before you get out turn he water to cold, you should do this because the body burns calories to keep yourself warm, so there for when you go under cold water the body burns more calories, which helps to loose weight.Hope I Helped

It would be very unhealthy to lose 50 pounds quickly. It's recommened that you loose 2lbs a week.

i have lost 26 pounds in 4 weeks by following a vlc diet it involves having nomore than 800 calories per day i also exercise for one hour a day. I too hate exercise but i went and bought myself a dancercise video and its actually good fun!

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
