That is really funny, and a little "creepy" all at the same time.
I have never heard of the touching the belt thing. I have heard that every time a lady runs her fingers in her hair she is having sexual thoughts.
Perhaps you should just ask your teacher why he is always touching his belt.... Maybe it is just something simple like his pants fell down once and now he is really paranoid about it happening again so he is always checking to see if his pants are still up. Or maybe he is just a total perv....

Some people, ecspecially when standing in front of people, need to do something with their hands. Whether its putting them in their pockets, fiddling with a belt, paper, chalk, etc or waving them around. It's just habit.
Unless you're saying that everytime a girl peels off a label on a beer bottle she wants to have sex.....in which case, damn, our transparency is far more obvious then I though.

I doubt it but they do say than men think about sex at least once every eight minutes or something on average. Besides even if he is he could be thinking about his wife or something and is there anything wrong with that? Most of the guys in your class are probably thinking about it too.

Where did you hear of such nonsense? Maybe his pants are falling down and he is tugging at his belt buckle to raise them.
If he were grabbing his crotch on a continuous basis, then I would be very worried if I were you, unless he was Michael Jackson, who likes little boys anyway.

I don't think so. But if some girl takes a guy's belt off for him, he might think it's sexy. I did that to my ex g/f and she would get horny when she knew that I was gonna remove her pants.

It could be that he is adjusting his pants, adjusting his belt or maybe it's a habit he has. Don't jump to conclusions right away.
