The texture of the mushrooms will be affected by the freezing. Freezing gives mushrooms a somewhat rubbery bite to them. The overall taste will not be affected.

any foods can be frozen except lettuce.....
tightly wrapped or in freezer container.

yea they are fine to freeze no more than a few months though!!!

if you brush it lightly with olive oil before you freeze it, they should be fine.
