Smoky Chicken Fettuccini
6 slices bacon
1/2 cup diced onion
6 large cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated smoked Provolone cheese
8 ounces uncooked fettuccini noodles, broken in half
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
1.Bring water to a boil in (8-qt.) Stockpot. Meanwhile, cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces using Santoku Knife. Cook bacon in (12-in.) Skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from Skillet; drain on paper towels. Drain grease from Skillet (do not wipe out).
2.Dice onion using Chef’s Knife. Thinly slice garlic using Ultimate Mandoline fitted with thin slicing blade. Coarsely chop bell pepper using Food Chopper. Coarsely grate cheese using Deluxe Cheese Grater; set aside. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper to Skillet. Cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove Skillet from heat; set aside.
3.Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions (see Cook’s Tip). Add peas to Stockpot; carefully drain pasta and peas using Drainer. Add pasta and peas to Skillet. Add bacon, cheese, chicken, half and half, black pepper and salt; toss well to coat. Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce is slightly thickened and mixture is hot. Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately.
Cook's Tip: A simple way to adjust the consistency of pasta sauce that is too thick is to remove about 1 cup of pasta cooking water using the Nylon Ladle before draining the pasta. Stir a small amount into the sauce as needed.
Smoked Provolone cheese is smoked over applewood for a full-bodied, smoky flavor. Plain Provolone cheese can be substituted for the smoked Provolone cheese, if desired.

Impress them.
Full Course Meal:
Its actually more simple than it sounds
Always have a salad with the meal.
A Simple Salad.
Lettuce in one bowl, and then
charry tomattos in another, with
shredded carrots in another
shredded cheese ect.
Serve the toppings that the family likes...
Serve their salad, and prepare it for them as individuals.
Last thing you want is to make a salad and the kids wont want it because it has one thing they dont like. So dont do that, its a lot quicker to just toss vegeies into bowls and prepare it for them seperatly.
So Small simple salad,
or if its cold outside a simple vegtable tasty soup.
When you have the main course, always have a small side of raw vegtables <--very easy ads color to the table, and 1 small item of a cooked vegtables. And always serve a simple form of bread, not to much, maybe toast with garilic butter, kids like toast, or salt&peppered crackers.
Meats should be fully cooked, tender and easy to cut. Spice it the way the mother likes it and then have extras for the way the husband likes his meat only on the side, either side of his plate, or on a serving plate next to his placemat. For example A-1 sauce or woshtershire sauce or BBQ sauce.
For desert and always serve desert, fresh fruit, like strawbarries or mangos and but a little sugar cream for the kids, not to much.
For the adults I would serve the fruit in a wine glass or some type of glass, with a few drops of sweet rum.
so thats a five course meal. salad, soup, bread, meat/vegtables, desert. And its easy.

The croc pot is awesome- but you have to plan ahead so it has time to cook- An easy one is- Thaw out 5-8 chicken breasts line bottom of crock with them-layer on top of chicken, sliced carrots(bagged ones are easier)-Mushrooms 1 can- In a bowl mix large can of cream of mushroom soup, 2 packages dry italian dressing mix,one onion finely chopped-mix together and poor over the top of chicken and vegtables. Cook low 6 hrs or high 4 hrs. 30 min before serving mix in 2 Tbs of cornstarch and 1 cup sour cream to thicken gravy- Serve over rice or mashed potatos- This is so easy and is such a good meal Good luck

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMmSK
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Hamburgers....it may seem simple, but add some spice to the meat and when its cooked pour some Campbell's cream of mushroom soup over it. Arrange it nicely on the plate and serve it with vegetables. I personally don't cook but I convinced my family with the "gourmet" meal.

Cabbage stew is good. All it takes is a head of cabbage, 2 pounds of hamburger, onions, a can of kidney beans and a huge can of tomatoes.
Brown the hamburger, get a big pot of water and put the cabbage into it, then add the onion, tomatoes, beans and hamburger to the pot. It's done within 45 minutes. My family loves it and it's cheap to make.

ziti with a salad and garlic bread.
pot of chili with corn bread
Make it a breakfast night with pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc
Stir fry some veggies and chicken or beef (cut small pieces - stretches the meat) with white rice
Or have what I'm making on this cold day - grilled cheese with chicken noodle soup - yummy
