I eat a lot of fish weekly. I usually eat tuna, salmon, and sushi most days of the week. What is my risk of getting mercury poisoning? Should I lay off fish and start consuming poultry instead?

There is some risk of mercury. But I wouldn't cut out the fish entirely. Rather reduce your fish intake to 2 days per week. The fish oil is good for you.
