I mean, telling the parents would ruin his life and probably send him off to boot camp or intense therapy, plus all the neighbor kids would demolish him with negative lashings. But, I feel the dog should not be violated like that and I don't feel he should get away with this, am I in the right tell or should I put this all behind me and pretend it never happened?

you should talk to him yourself, not a serious talk though just tell him not to do it again or you'll tell everyone.trust me that will work
don't make the talk long because it would be really awkward

It is very nice of you to think of your brother and the dog like that. Not a lot of people do that and I respect that. HAVE A CHAT WITH HIM. Talk to him about it and make sure the dog is ok. If that doesn't work....then step it up a notch and tell his parents and make sure that this is just going to be likea family secret. But don't ignore it because the dog or someone else might get hurt;

You really need to sit and talk w/ your brother and then if he thinks your joking and does not take you seriously, then you may want to tell him that you might want to talk to your parents at what you saw. Maybe he'll get a clue then. Anyways, kids are curious but please "With a Dog!" And last but not least find him a girlfriend!!!

You seriously need to think about the possibility that there might be sexual abuse in your family. Kids don't just do that out of nowhere. Try to speak to a teacher or professional about it.

i think that you shouldn't tell your parents because then your brother would be made fun of all the time trust me i told my parents about something my sister did she was made fun of 4 two years

tell the brother that that is so wrong and tell the parents but if you don't won't the parents to know then don't but i would and they would tell them also that is wrong.
