I called them today. I simply let them know that I have a RAZRV3, and that I don't get any reception at home. AT ALL. Even though, when I do get out of my house, and go to the mall or somewhere. I do get my 5 bars. It's just that at home, I get zero. They told me, "We're very sorry, but oh well. We can't do anything about it."

....

What the hell? That is lack of services, and total crap. They could at least worked something with me.

So my question is. Is there anything I can do?
I already tried to get away from electronic devices, and satellites, and dsl and modem boxes, but that didn't help. I'm thinking about buying a cell phone with an antenna. What can I do?

Is this something recent? Or have you never been able to get a signal?

I had a very low signal for a couple of months at my house. I called and they said the same thing. But about 3 weeks later the signal improved drastically. They're supposed to have a quality control group, you can try getting in touch with them.

Or, wait out your contract, and change when it's up. But make sure the next carrier's signal is present at your house. You might just be out of reach of any towers.

If you live in a dead spot and own the land, offer to let them place a tower on your land. Most wireless providers will pay you very well for this.
