you have to pretend he is dead. Erase his email, IM address, phone number, etc. and pretend he us dead and gone. Mourn and move on!!!!!!!!!!

What you've heard could only to gossips. Why don't you ask him personally if he's got a girlfriend already. If no, you can express your interest to him and give each a chance to develop that relationship. However, if he's "attached" its best to stay away because you don't want to be in any sticky situation. Not being deeply in love is easier than otherwise. Keep yourself busy and soon he'll be out of your mind. Who knows, maybe your Mr. Right may appear.

You can do it because there are many more out there and whos to say he does not end up with you anyway just give it time. You just need to keep youself occupied ok and have fun dont waste time on thinking about him. Time is the answer.
