Usually depression but I would rule out alot of other factors first could be weather change this can have a big affect on you. Sometimes we just have low periods in our lives and need rest. When I am feeling really tired for while I put it down to needing it and make the most of it. Or if it is worrying you try going for walks and do activities because this will give you a reason to be tired and you will feel alot better about being tired.

Go see a doctor and get a blood test and if necessary a sleep study done. It is not normal to feel tired and very sleepy always, especially if you are getting enough sleep.

When you get your blood test ask for a Thyroid test. An underactive thyroid can slow down your metabolism, make you irritable, sleepy, dry skin, cold, etc...

Also, you may have sleep apnea. This causes you to not get much rest at night because your body quits breathing and you wake up. You might find yourself falling asleep during normal daily routines.

I didn't check if you was a guy or girl, but if you are a girl... could you be pregnant? Thats a big sign...

Well anyway... as long as you are getting enough sleep, definately get an appt with a doctor.

Do you have a regular sleep pattern and if so, have you fallen out of it? Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day - even on weekends. It's best to get 7 or 8 hours of sleep per night.

Are you sure your not stressed out or worried? If not maybe your just unconfortable. Do you flop around a lot just trying to get youself in a good postiion? Maybe you should get a new bed or something. Also if your active you should have an easier time trying to go to sleep.

It could be that you're not getting enough vitamins. It could be that you're just not active. Who knows...

I would change a little thing in your diet and see what happens.
