I am not sure wwhat you are referring to as a tube, but here's one fact, straight from the lady with Smarties in her candy bowl: If you are referring to the cellophane/clear wrapped smarties, about 2 inches long, with the little twisties at each end, there are 15 itty bitty Smarties in each one.
