It just means you have experienced deja vu (which means to see again) but seeing can also refer to remembering, hearing, tasting, etc - all the senses and dreaming as well...

Dreams are a sort if digestion of experiences during waking life. This is an unconscious process. The dreams often tell you the "emotional composition" of experiences. This is a common experience to feel as if you have been here before or felt this before as your unconscious can predict future sequences of experience and emotion.
simplified i would say your brain is smarter than you and can role play your future.

It means that while you are dreaming, you are able to get glimpses of things in the future.

It is very common and normal.

I have prophetic dreams too, all the time. So many, They don't even surprise me anymore.
